Chocolate Milk Chicken

From the Washington Post

2 lb chicken, cut up, skin or on off works, bone in or boneless works

11 oz chocolate milk

3 T chili powder

1 tsp salt, maybe a touch more, but the original recipe had too much

3 jalapenos, seeded and sliced

brown the chicken, particularly to crisp any skin.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes.
