Smoked Pistacchios

1 stick butter

4 oz green tabasco

2T wostershire

2T old bay

6 lb pistachhios

    • melt butter

    • mix in tabasco, wostershire, old bay

    • heat for a few minutes

    • stir pistacchios in the mix coating as thoroughly as possible

    • smoke at about 190 - 200 for three hours, stirring every half hour or so.

    • Be very careful of the temperature, these will burn easily.
