Mothers Swiss Cheese Loaf

Loaf of French bread

1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese

1/4 lb softened sweet butter

1/2 t Dijon mustard

1/2 cup roasted pistachios, chopped

1/2 cup diced Swiss cheese

Mix first three ingredients

Add nuts and diced cheese into the mix

Stuff the mixture into the bread. Mother says she simply hollowed out the bread, maybe with just a fork

Wrap in foil and chill. Slice to serve.

Freezes well
