Korean Pancakes
Korean Pancakes 4-6 people
This recipe has been modified to use a French crepe batter that I cook on crepe makers
Crepes, use the crepe recipe. Make the crepes a little smaller than the crepe makers.
Beef
2 lb beef - by far and away the best is Korean presliced rib eye, available in some Asian markets.
¼ c sugar
1/3 c toasted sesame seeds
1/2 t msg
1.5 T sesame oil
3/8 c soy sauce
1/4 mirin wine.
dash pepper
sauce can be thickened with a little nutrathik
bean sprouts
eggs
snow peas
carrots
