Fruit Crisp
Oven at 350
Mix:
4 cups fruit---for juicy fruit add 2 T thickener
¼ c. light brown sugar—more or less
½ t. nutmeg
Put fruit in 8 or 9 in baking dish
Mix topping:
1 c. rolled oats
¼ c.white whole wheat flour
½ c. sliced almonds
¼ c. light brown sugar
1/8 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
Sprinkle topping on top of fruit then drizzle 2 T. melted butter and 1 T. canola oil over
topping.
Bake for about 45 min.
